Driving:
From downtown Boston: Take 93 S to exit 10. Follow the exit ramp around to the right, and to the left, until you reach a T. Turn right at the T (onto Adams Street). Go a few hundred yards to a Y. Look at your odometer. Bear right up the hill. Go a little more than mile from the Y: over the top of the hill, and down the other side. When you start seeing brick buildings, you've arrived in Milton Village. You're close.

When you come to the stop light, turn left and look for a place to park on either side of the street. On your right as you make the turn, you'll see a single free-standing brick building, with "Fitness Center" signs all over it. Our door is around the corner on the Adams Street side of the building, just short of the river. (Look for our sign over the door.) If you go over a bridge and a river, you've gone too far. Our door -- to the right of the archway -- reads, "#1 Adams Street." We're one floor up.

From the south: From the 93/95 split, take 93 North to exit 5. Take Route 28 (Randolph Avenue) North towards Milton. Route 28 will cut off to the left at Reedsdale Road, but stay straight on Randolph Avenue. Randolph Avenue will dead end at Adams Street. Take a left here. Just beyond the stop light, on the left, is a single free-standing brick building, with "Fitness Center" signs all over it. Our door is on the Adams Street side of the building, just short of the river. If you go over a bridge and a river, you've gone too far. Our door -- to the right of the archway -- reads, "#1 Adams Street." We're one floor up.

From Route 3, take 93 North to exit 10. Follow the directions above (downtown Boston) from exit 10.

Public Transportation: :
From South Station: Take the Red Line ASHMONT train outbound (beware the Braintree line -- wrong direction!) to the end of the line: "Ashmont Station." From there, board the (so-called) high speed trolley to Mattapan. Take this three stops to Milton. When you get off, cross the tracks and go up the stairs -- this is Adams Street. Look for the Fitness Center to the right and across the street -- we are just down Adams Street from them in the same building. Our door is on the Adams Street side of the building, just short of the river. If you go over a bridge and a river, you've gone too far. Our door -- to the right of the archway -- reads, "#1 Adams Street." We're one floor up.

From Logan Airport: Take the Blue Line inbound to State. At State, take the Orange Line one stop in the direction of Forest Hills to Downtown Crossing. At Downtown Crossing, take the Red Line ASHMONT train outbound (beware the Braintree line -- wrong direction!) to the end of the line: "Ashmont Station."
